What services do you offer?
I provide virtual assistant services, graphic design, and marketing support for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and marketing agencies. My services include hourly virtual assistance, flyer and booklet design, printable marketing materials, EDDM® direct mail design and mailing, and white-label graphic design support for agencies!
What can a virtual assistant help my business with?
Every virtual assistant has different specialties, and mine is marketing-focused business support. I help businesses maintain a strong, positive brand image through client follow-up and retention, custom templates and marketing material design, CRM support, file organization, and customer service. My goal is to keep your business organized, professional, and connected with your clients.
How much do you charge?
I charge $25/hr for my hourly virtual assistant services. For design services, it depends on the scope of your project, as well as the type of printable marketing material you are looking to have designed (i.e. a flyer vs a trifold). For design projects I charge per project.
What is the process working with you?
Before starting, I like to do a consultation call to make sure I understand the goal of the project we are starting on together. From there, whether we are working together through virtual assistance work or design, I will stay in clear communication with you throughout the entire process. For virtual assistant services, you’ll receive a clear invoice at the end of each weekly or bi-weekly pay period, with a detailed breakdown of the tasks completed and time spent on each project.
Do you use AI to create your designs or provide your virtual assistant services?
I do not use AI in any of my designs or in my virtual assistant work. All work is done by myself. Fully personalized and made/done just for you (not a pre-made framework).
Do you ask for payment upfront?
For design projects I ask for 50% upfront and then 50% after the final approval. For virtual assistant services, I charge at the end of your preferred pay period (weekly or bi-weekly).
